I for one do not blame Farke for the losing streak. I think its a combination of being unlucky and not signing enough Championship proven players perhaps in the summer.
I still think he is a quality manager. I worry he will not be given the finances to help us challenge for promotion again and what quality we do have may be sold?

I do have to ask then , who is to blame for us not signing the proven Championship players we so clearly needed ? Was it Webber , was it Steve Stone , or was it the Board . I can understand that mistakes can be made , but the whole point of making mistakes is to learn something from them , and then put them right . Every time we have a bad season , someone from the Board admits mistakes have been made , and then proceed to do nothing about it .

For me , I still support Farke , and I hope it will all come right . But he has to play his players in their best positions , use his substitutes properly and not come out with ludicrous statements like how wonderfully we played at Forest and Cardiff , and best of all ........telling us we don't need another striker as he believes we have the two best strikers in the Championship. Of course Farke will make mistakes, but to be a good and successful manager he needs to recognise those mistakes and shortcomings and then act to make those mistakes don't happen again

Isn't it his decision to also put three players on the bench who are not fit - also his decision to play the same formation and style week in week out too. His decision to not throw on subs and change things.

I praise him when it is going right so only fair I blame him when it is going wrong.

The thing is with Pritchard - Lewis - Oli - Trybull all fit and others like Tettey getting fit if the performances still continue to be poor and the results don't come he can't use the excuse of lots of injuries to important players.

I would agree with you aveit. Farke has had to work with an extremely low budget thanks to the Board and previous management, which has probably forced his hand in terms of signing unproven players (although he may well have gone abroad regardless) - he hasn't been helped by our shocking injury list that just keeps on growing even without a ball being kicked meaning in some games he has only had a choice between Franke or McGovern on the bench unless he wants to risk bringing on a half injured player for 20 minutes.

I believe he is a good manager and what we can achieve will depend largely on how much the board give him to strengthen his hand. I fully support him this season as well as into next before making any sort of judgement. We definitely have had our share of bad luck - I'm still gobsmacked we didn't come from Cardiff 3 points let alone nothing!! It'll come good!

He may become a good manager but at the moment he is a very poor one and responsible for me watching some of the most boring football in my 50 years of watching.

I think you'll find that the reason they are higher than us (8 points at present) is that they do have better players than us, sorry!
Better keeper & far better strike force.....over to you DF!

If they do have better players they certainly did not cost as much as our squad
so last 2 managers ( who signed most of them ) and board are to blame.

I always get a bit worried when a player is trotted out in front of the media to defend a manager . It has started now with Harrison Reed being carted out to defend Farke .It always indicates to me that all is not well . I remember Bertie Bassong and Happy Howson getting trotted out to defend the Rab the manager and all the defeats last season . I don't want to hear players saying anything .....just roll your sleeves up and win some games and then we will all be happy !

Totally agree YB.
As long as the players continue to dish out kak on the pitch it would be far
better for them to concentrate on scoring easy chances, marking at set pieces and passing in a forward direction in distances over 2 metres , rather than talking crap to the local press.

Agreed YB. Why do they feel the need to get a player to come out and talk about it?

Football fans always have to be able to put the blame at someones door when things all go wrong.

Our present free fall in my book is put down to several factors, injuries are top, team selection and the players not having the will to win and some players thinking they are better than they realistically are.

We have supposedly bought and have on our books some of the best players in the Championship, the board have sanctioned these buys on the advice of our manager/s.
Our owners who are constantly the subject of blame do not put boots on for us on a Saturday afternoon, I of course wish we had a super rich owner, we however have what we have and have to rely on our manager to get it right out there...Over to you Mr Farke.

The damage was done way before the current incumbent took charge.
The smiffs are to blame and I hold them totally responsible for the current demise.
