It is looking grim.
Maybe an inspiring rallying speech from Tom the Cabin Boy will do the trick !

I don’t understand why he’s being so rigid with the formation and changing things mid game??

We were all excited pre season as he was ctsnging formation during games to counteract what was happening on the pitch? What has happened ?

Paddy Davitt is daming in his verdict this morning , against the players and coaches . This total mess needs sorting out very quickly by Farke before the season turns into a disaster .

Warnock perfect example of what we need.

If we were losing at home to a club lower in the league and lacking form who are known for shutting up shop at 0-1 and who are low on confidence would our manager throw two subs on at halftime and change the formation? the answer is no he wouldn't, he would just stick with the same system, formation and players that were failing.

Warnock showed that he wanted the win and that if you're not doing your job your off.

I was thinking the same NY -preseason he was mixing it up formation and players and then season starts and he turns in Hughton/Neil hybrid but with extra crap.

Paddy D's verdict is very damning and says what we have been saying for weeks. The midfield is light, we have players playing out of position and only two forwards one who can't score or hit the goal and the other who looks disinterested, throws a strop and is turning into striker number 1!

All I keep hearing from Webber and DF is we have had injuries to players but isn't that the point of having other players to come in? If those players aren't up to it why are they here and what happens when Tettey (who we all knew would have some injury or rest issues) Oli (who we all knew had injury issues) and Pritchard (who we knew would be out for a while in pre season) are out again.

I think we need to bring back Godfrey, Morris and Raggett in pre season if we can't buy anyone as we have no money ------ fucking hell what a mess.

Was at the game last night. So frustrating. I actually thought we played well and there was nothing against the two teams - we were the ones who created more and looked the better team by miles going forward. Cardiff had nothing, literally nothing all game. One shot they had that was on target and hit the bar but it was from nothing.

The lack of confidence was so clear to see. Josh got one on one in the second half and he'd have put that away earlier in the year or last year. Again, Maddison and Pritchard taking too many touches at times and should have hit it first time. I thought we looked good - its crazy we have lost 3-1. Their first penalty was never a penalty - gifted them back in the game right after we'd come out looking solid. Their second was a brilliant effort , but again out of absolutely nothing. No mistakes made. Then the second penalty. I can't comment as didn't get a good view being the opposite end but it seemed harsh. I've since heard Cardiff players and the linesman had agreed it was harsh.

What I would say is I still believe in Farke and Webber and I genuinely think it is going to come good. Maybe not this season but into next year certainly we will start to see the improvement. I didn't think we would be looking at top 6 this year anyway given the changes in the summer and I've said that since July. It's going to be a long, hard season but we will be okay. We all knew this was a long -term project..lets not throw the plans away after 20 games. Many on here will know I've been among the first to give up with previous management but I honestly believe we've made the right changes.

Also worth noting a few Cardiff fans outside the ground after the game had individually said to me we had surprised them and were the best team to play at the City Stadium this season.

Good write up Nathan and well done for going . I don't think many of have given up on Farke , but that patience will one day run thin if he keeps on refusing to change formations , or use his subs . Warnock showed him last night how to win using subs .

It's all very well playing well , but as Mark Walton said you don't get any points for playing well and losing . These fabulous away performances at Cardiff and Forest have produced nil points and that's our problem

Thanks YB. Closest game of the year for me. Agreed 100% in regards to no good playing well if it doesn't convert into points. But I would be a lot more worried if we weren't getting anything as well as playing bad . If we keep on the results will come I'm positive of it . If Huddersfield had given up on their new system after year 1 they'd never be in the Prem at the moment. On Facebook there is a load of posts calling for Farke's sacking on the interviews. I find it crazy! If we had employed a well known, well experienced, proven manager and gave him lots to spend and after 20 games we were fighting relegation fair enough. But not when we've had changes almost unseen before on and off the field and not even reached the first transfer window.

Definitely cause to be very cautious and only fair to be worried, but it'll come I'm sure of it. In regards to subs, to be fair I don't think he had much choice with the current injuries we got. On the bench we had Jerome who both won't score and has a foot injury, Zimmerman whose injured, Trybull who has been out for a while, Pritchard who couldnt play more than 20 minutes, and then Franke and McGovern I'm sure we were all glad stayed on the bench!

why not have players who are fit on the bench then? just having players who are first teamers but aren't fit and will not play seems a bit stupid.

Agreed Bears that is the issue at moment more so! Give the younger guys a chance if the proven ones are injured.

We are 8 points off relegation and 11 off last play off place.
We have played 20 games and have 24 points with GD of minus 8
We have scored a grand total of 18 goals with main striker scoring 1.
We have scored more than 1 goal on 3 times out of 20 with last time being 2 months ago.
We have not won in last 7 league games.
We have not won at home for nearly 3 months.
We have scored 4 goals in last 7 home league games.

He will not be fired and probably should not be fired BUT at most clubs he
would be and had better start getting team playing as I am bored with watching
this utter crap.
