I don't want Farke sacked . It won't solve anything . But if the shite goes on and on ,then my (unusual ) patience will start to wear thin .

Mr Farke ... Don't tell me how happy you are with our shitty strikers , play the best players in their best positions , and use your substitutes wisely , and react to what is going on on the pitch , and lastly use the youngsters if these overpaid losers and wasters are failing our club

Good report Nathan. I just feel that although most Norwich fans agree with you, their patience is running thin with the club now.

Norwich fans have been unbelievably patient towards the board ever since Lambert left and now, although we realise this is going to take time, it seems that a lot of fans have just about had it with our board.

Just how many more years do Norwich fans have to be patient for? Lambert left in 2012 - That’s 5 years of watching our board make the same mistakes over and over, and the fans are expected to be patient again.

I really hope Farke can turn this around, I’m with those who don’t want him sacked but at the same time I totally get some fans being totally pissed off with it all.

Spot on Northern . Says exactly how I feel .

As for all the other NC fans ..... Well 3000 have already given up and are staying away by the looks of all the empty seats last home game

I haven't seen them lose yet in - 2 away wins, 1 away draw and 1 home draw......but I think that is more luck re timing and I could be about to witness two defeats this month.....Sheff Wed next weekend and Birmingham away on Boxing Day.

Another stinging article from Paddy Davitt in the Pink Un this morning . He, like many of us have given up on the season . He, like us has given up on the medium to long term strategy . He like us has given up on the pretty tappy tappy football and so called 'fabulous ' performances that produce nothing . He like us , is appalled by this terrible run ,and like us he is appalled by our lack of ability to even score more than one goal .He like us , is calling for strong leadership , fight and passion to get us the wins . I know we aren't going to get those essential qualities from our Board and joint owners , and now fans are seriously asking the question whether we are going to get those attributes from Farke and Webber . I desparately hope we will , but this situation can't go on for ever

Good posts guys and I agree completely in that the club are to blame, the same mistakes have been made time and time again for far too long . We were always going to get to this point eventually with the owners we have - and that's something many of us have been insulted for warning about on this forum for quite a few years . But it has now come to pass so i guess we were right !

The issue now is we have actually made the changes required and I do think we have the right people here now (for the most part). Yes, it's came about a minimum of 2 years too late (probably more) but nonetheless its here. As most of us already acknowledged this year we were not going to achieve much in terms of on the pitch success. How could we when such change has happened? I can't think of any club that moved on as many people as we did and then went and got promoted any time soon. Ideally, the owners would accept being the cause of what has gone wrong, not in any one individual decision but by many of bad ones over time, and do the best thing for us and step aside. But, we all know this wont happen. - Not to mention who would even step in? We're not the wealthy, debt free club we used to be. Whoever took us on would have to accept taking on a club thats on a fast decline, with increasing debt, and decreasing income.

Anyhow, we are here now with the right people making the decisions. I know results have been below poor and its no good playing well if you don't get points. But I honestly believe in 2-3 years from now we will be a better all-round club if we buy into this long term project. Swansea did something similar before all their success. Sometimes you need to sow the seads and lay the foundations before you can start reaping what you've sown. All the anger and frustrations should be aimed at the owners, but Webber/Farke and the players need us to buy into what they're trying to do.

Superbly reasoned Nathan and I agree that we must stick with Webber and Farke . As we all know , Huddersfield finished a lowly 17th with Wagner and Webber in charge , but got up to the Prem the very next season , so I am pinning my hopes on what happened to the Yorkshire club . I know I am often one of the first to call for a managers head when things are going wrong , but as long as we can consolidate in this League this season , then I will give it a year from now . But If by that time we are still getting nowhere then its time to realise the experiment has failed and take a different path
