Is Stuart Webber man enough to admit that his choice has not worked out. Does he wait until we are facing relegation. Does he have a potential head coach replacement in mind or does he blindly hope that it will all turn around eventually.

It looks miles away from being turned around.

Lose on Saturday and the situation will become grim . I assume that Webber won't be worrying too much as Wagner at Huddersfield only managed a crap 17thplace in his first season and got them up the following year . But the BIG difference is that they had the fanatically passionate DeanHoyle and we have got silent cook Delia Smith. Reason to worry

Did Huddersfield get any investment?

Maybe I am stupid but I can't understand how butler and Hucks were saying we can't expect too much this season and will have to look at next season to really expect anything.

Like, saying 'ah fuck this year lets do nothing and hope we win some and don't get relegated.' If we go up this season we will avoid a year next year where we have little to no money.

but we will not have parachute payments - less money - we will lose key players in sales (Maddison, Oli, Murphy, Pritchard).

Also the fact of Tom Smith - Is he going to take over from Delia? If so what investment or financial backing does he have to push the club forward? In my eyes, he has nothing, less than Delia. He was an office worker a few years ago, wasn't he? We will end up with an owner who can put no money into the club at all and will have no weight in the boardroom etc. He'll end up just going down the bank loans route.

I am just hoping if this is the route it is going that Tom will look to sell and any money he gets is his inheritance from his uncle and auntie.

scary.

Dean Hoyle is not short of a bob or two. He is listed as having a personal fortune of £125m , but how much he put into club I dont know , but he must helped finance their rise . But what he did bring to the party was sheer hard work , determination , fight , hunger and passion to take his beloved club into the Premier League .The players , fans and coaches all bought into that ethos , and they got to the Prem without a huge investment in players . Compare all that to the non existent leadership coming from our majority owners , and then realise that's why Huddersfield Town are in the top half of the Premier League and we are in the bottom half of the Championship

PNE seem to be coming with a stronger side as their injured defenders will be fit for Saturday.

Dean Hoyle with 125m is peanuts in todays football market..that would buy 2-3 decent Premiership strikers!

BTW
Who is our assistant manager ?
I know he’s a German but he certainly keeps a low profile
The reason I ask that IF Farke is pushed who might take over ?
We surely can’t restructure again and to keep consistency he would be a candidate,
Just a thought

I would love to see Farke turn it round and do a Wagner ! As upset as I get at us losing or dropping points with the manner of our play , I am prepared to take a hit this season and see how we go next season . If we aren't 'doing a Huddersfield ' by this time next season , then it may then be time to change things . Not like me I know , but that's how I feel . Maybe I am pinning my hopes on the Huddersfield story and am hoping we can do the same !

Agreed FFL . I really like Farke , and we have got to give it a year . This summer and its transfer window is crucial

Every few years being a NCFC supporter something good happens to cheer us all up...so maybe next season will be one of those cheer us up seasons!

However this season still has a long way to go...and 6 points from the filth down the road will help!
Maybe were saving the best until last!

This will cheer your day up!

TO answer my own question then
It’s Edmund Riemer
He’s 32 and was a defender,left sided
Perhaps he could put his boots on and play left back !

It has cheered me up FFL.

To borrow from Blaire's election campaign
