Anyone think that Franke might end up being another of the foreign players that is an unsuccessful player and is moved on in January or in the summer?

Raggett back and Franke out? Funny as he was one of the players that we actually spent money on.

Why are we being linked with another central midfielder in Sam Morsy? Just bring back Godfrey!!

So not looking at a forward but looking at another central midfielder - I don't know.

At this moment we need another player there but once Tettey, Trybull are fit and adding a Godfrey we will be okay in that department with Stiepermann (once Lewis is 100% at LB), Reed and Vrancic and Thompson and Phillips once they are ready to play.

The report says we have no cover for Tettey as Thompson is out but Godfrey could do that job. Sam Morsy has had a good season so far and I must admit he would be a good signing but would the money be better off spent up top?

The thing is Wigan are another club who are looking like getting a massive investment from a Hong Kong investor so they will not need to sell this chap.

Wigan!!! I wouldn't want to invest in that club - Give the money to us!!!

I hope that we are not looking to just concentrate on defensive options again!

FFS Norwich ....wake up , we need a striker . Doesn't our woeful goals for and minus goal difference give a message to those in charge ?

You are right, I need to be woken after falling asleep while watching NCFC.

We are rebuilding, starting from the back.....now we are looking at midfield.....may be they will get to the strikers next summer (if we are lucky!).

We have been linked to another player and he isn't a forward.

Apparently, Burnley and ourselves are after Northern Ireland (born in England) attacking midfielder/Left winger Jordan Jones. He currently plays for Kilmarnock.

He is doing well in Scotland but never cut it at Middlesbrough, Hartlepool or Cambridge. Maybe he has improved as a player whilst in Scotland.

Another attacking midfielder - with Maddison, Pritchard, Wes, Naismith we already have a few. Maybe he would be played as a winger?

This is old news is it not? I thought Fan for life had "dug out" something about his past while at 'Boro that was a bit unsavoury?

If I am allowed to speculate..maybe he is waiting to sign one in the summer of 2018? Possibly on a free transfer?

Any potential striker will be given a guided tour of the upper barclay and river end top tier so see where Jer1me's shots currently end up.
Maybe they will accept a challenge to hit the lower tiers.

BB is not too far off the mark . We will have a massive fall in income next season if we fail to go up and the AGM tonight has been told if that happens then harsh decisions will have to be made in the summer . Ball Up has admitted that 'mistakes have been made' , but any fan without blinkers on knew that anyway.

I have always called our relegation catastrophic , and it looks that may well be an appropriate word to use if we fail to go up ( which looks more and more likely with every poor result) .

I wonder what the AN lovers and those unwise fans who clapped our relegation and cheered Rab round the pitch as he relegated us are thinking this morning ? What are those fans thinking today about our Board who willingly supported Rab after he relegated us , and awarded his miserable failure with a nice new fat contract and made him a multi millionaire when they eventually came to their senses after he had destroyed our club and sacked him .
I expect this clueless Board to keep on making mistakes and dragging our fabulous club down , but I don't expect fans to keep on cheering , clapping and supporting those who do.
I love my my club far too much to ever do that

I wonder how the plastic fans who could not see this coming and still think
that the next transfer windows will help build a promotion squad feel now !

Balls saying the doors are open to investment is interesting but he is not saying we are for sale just if you want to give us your money then we will take it.

I would love to be able to say to Norwich here is a large amount but I want a seat on the board and I want that money spent on players.

The club must look at the wages of Naismith and Jarvis and think 'who the heck are these two'? Get them off the books but it is hard as who would want them and pay for them?

I really hope Moyes comes in for Naismith before he is sacked from West Ham.

Jarvis still has a large chunk of his contract left and would take a large amount to release him. In the Pink Un forum, they were saying that Farke will look to give him a loan once he is fit.

I am happy to go back to the Lambert days of going after young hungry players from the lower league like a Doidge or a Rose. Must be a few gems in those leagues who would be cheap and cost little on the wage bill surely! or are we not looking there?

The likes of Jerome , Jarvis , Naismith , and R Martin are bleeding us dry to a collective tune tune of about £100,000 to £120,000 a WEEK !!! . Not ONE of those is delivering for our club . How ever can this go on ?

Crazy!

I see Callum Wilson has come out and said he nearly signed for us back in 2014 but Eddie Howe sold the club to him even though, as he says everything was going towards Norwich (I guess he means money and the fact it was nearer to where he was living at the time). Shows what a manager can do. I guess Neil Adams didn't sell the club to him. We ended up with Grabban.

'When I had the choice to sign for Norwich or Bournemouth, everything was pointed towards Norwich but when I came down here, Eddie Howe talked me through clips on a screen showing how I would fit into the way Bournemouth played. I felt he had a real plan for me, and I wasn’t just another striker at the club. He really made me feel wanted, and we won promotion in my first season here.'
