Dreadful , dreadful , dreadful . One of the worst games I have witnessed since the clown Rab was in charge . We were clueless from start to finish . I walked off in utter disgust long before the end

Overall a poor display tonight, Maddison was a spark and tried to make his own space, we need playmakers on the field and we dont have them especially with no Wes.

Undone by 2 set pieces, Wolves didnt rip us to pieces its just that we did not seem to know how to play against them.

Crowd was quiet and to hear the Wolves fans asking if this was a Library said it all really.

My MOTM...Pinto.

Let’s be realistic
We are not going to make the play offs and I don’t think we should have had those expectations
It’s going to be a season of a few highs and a few lows
Not much to look forward to in the January sales either
2/3 Transfer windows it’s been said,
We are going the right way and we’ll have to be patient which never sits well with a football fan

Disappointing performance - to be honest the players looked knackered and Wolves were just much better. I suppose you should be when you can splash £15m on a midfielder and ours are a free and a loan!

International break is coming at the right time for us - if we can get a win at Bolton and get some rest and injured players back we’ll be fine. Our fixtures after the break are pretty kind, so if we can get fit and rested we have a chance to put a run together.

Challenging for the playoffs is the expectation this season imo - and we’re still in amongst it. Looking at the difference between Wolves and us I think challenging for automatic might be a step too far to be honest

Wolves had to play into extra time in their cup game and played same amount of games as us after that. The difference is their squad is bigger and better.

We don't seem comfortable at home so maybe an away at Bolton is just the tonic we need.

I just ask that we sign a forward in this coming window and I'm sure it's on their list probably a loan but that's okay just get someone else in.

Im looking forward to Pritchard coming back but won't he just replace Maddison which shouldn't happen or will Pritchard be played as a right winger?

Throwing on two defenders when we are losing says it all.

i am forever the optimist, and once our players are fully fit (And rested) we will see an improved performance on the pitch....as it is some of our play is superb and we have overall been let down by not having that spark around the final third of the pitch, once Oliveira and Pritchard are both up and running on the pitch together just watch us get to and stay in the top six, for once the International break will do us some good and we should see Oliviera and Naismith in better health for it, Pritchard will be in the running to return in a few more weeks.

I am witnessing some of the best play (at times) and some of the best players we have had for many years all we need to complete the transformation is of course another striker ASAP.

Some level headed comments there chaps , and let's hope we can go again just as we did before these two disastrous home games . Clearly we need to break quicker and not spend ages passing the ball around in midfield for ages and then losing it as we did last night . It was laid bare last night that there simply has to be another striker brought in. Watkins offered very little (despite hitting the post) and Jerome looked his pathetic usual self when he came on . As much as I love Farke and the Webber revolution I do have to say that if they are so blind to the crying need for a striker then maybe they are not up to the job . Having said that , I still have patience and faith in DF and SW and hope they can sort it out over the next two windows

The ref yet again last night aided the opposition...Madisson was getting kicked to death, the number of fouls by Dirty Wolves that went unpunished was criminal.

To even mention that DF & SW are not up to the job made me almost choke on my bacon sarnie, they of course can see the need for a striker but are unable to do anything until January, they like me will in the meantime be waiting on injuries to be overcome, it wasnt expected in the last window that Oliveira would have so many injury problems to overcome....After that knob idiot Neil our management are a breath of fresh air! They will do us proud this season of that I have no fear.

Agreed SC. I did hear that Marco started his playing days as centre forward.

Reading today details of our dire accounts , we really need to go up this season to save ourselves from almost financial meltdown . As I have kept saying on here , our relegation from the Premier League was an absolute catastrophe , and what I read in the Pink Un today now confirms that . We simply cannot afford to sit back and not accept too much . If we take that road and fail to go up the ability to buy the transfers we need in the summer simply won't be there .All high earners will have to be sold , and the likes of Maddison , Pritchard and any other promising player will have to be sold to plug the financial gap. THIS is all why I am so worried at every defeat of loss of points, and why I am so worried that a proven striker has not been bought .Our club simply has GOT to be in the Premier league

Jarvis and Naismith on big wages they are two we need to shift.

It has also been mentioned that the club will look to the youth next season as we can't splash the cash on new players unless we sell and get good money. But Webber not too impressed with the development of the youth.

That is why we need to start blooding the good talent now so they are ready.

I can see Maddison getting offers. Pritchard depends on how he performs once he is fit.
