I wouldn`t look at it as bad news....if hes under achieving and the discipline at Colney has been bad then that`s not good enough, simply because hes an ex player doesn`t mean we owe him anything, on the pitch as a player Huckerby was one of the best I have ever seen in the shirt that`s for certain, that however doesn`t make him a coach though!

We all wanted Webber in to do a job for us so we must have faith in his decisions...hes having a big clear out at the mo it would seem!

Yeah he’s cleared out the head physio (all our players seem to get injured so no surprise!), head of academy recruitment and a few others. Agree with your post FFL, it’s a shame, but if Webber doesn’t think he’s doing his job then he must go. We all moaned about little old Norwich doing nice things but Webber is introducing this mean streak and culture change now - this is the latest example that we may not be little old nice Norwich no more!

Sad to hear this news , as I always hoped Hucks would one day be our manager . I reckon he will end up at Kings Lynn !

I guess we have to have faith in Webber and Farke that they are doing the right thing

I take in your posts
But I want to hear the real reasons behind the decisions

Lack of discipline is cited . Doesnt sound too good . I support Webber and Farke , but just worry that we dont 'throw the baby out with the bath water'

Yeah, I just read on Twitter and lots of the youngsters and u23 saying best coach at club and a real loss.

Hucks son saying club treated him poorly and are a disgrace. He also said if truth was known as to why he was sacked then it would shed a different light on things but that is his son.

So discipline was bad son why hasn't the u23 manager Matt Gill been sacked?

More Germans maybe coming in? Also can we sack Matt Jarvis and save money?

The Murphy incident might be an example of the poor discipline

If you don’t know - him and Gunn went to Newcastle on their day off to visit Jacob, got back late and Josh failed to show up for training the next day (Angus did turn up) - so Josh was suspended. Maybe Webber has noted this is something that stems from the academy?

Good point about Gill Bears , and a fasinating story Olli . It seems that Webber and Farke will have no truck with the so called 'player power' , in which case I like them both even more . We fans pay big money and give a big part of our lives to our club and expect our players and staff to give their all in return . As Farke has said ...it should be seen as a great honour to play for ,or manage NCFC

Agreed. W & F have a great attitude but still would like to see Hucks remain
here unless there was a major issue.

Hahaha really FFL?

Olly, I had heard that and did mention it after that game but didn't realise Gunn went too.

I do know that Jacob, Maddison and Gunn are all very good friends.

I wonder if Jacob comes back to Norwich? why they have to go all the way to see him I don't know and on a day before training/match is silly.
