Oli is now not ready and probably won't start on saturday he seems to have picked up another little knock:

'Nelson didn’t feel at all comfortable in training this morning. He will travel with us but he won’t be in the starting line-up. Although he’s not 100%, he can create something special in 15 minutes and he’s a good option to have on the bench. We’ll try to use the two weeks of the international break to try and get him back to 100% fitness and to work out exactly what the problems are with his groin. I’m sad for him that he’s not in the Portugal squad but it’s important for him now to fully recover'

Vrancic is still struggling but will travel

Stiepermann is out after picking up another injury which I think DF is to blame for as he didn't need to play him midweek:

'Marco’s got a problem and it hasn’t improved, It probably didn’t help we had him on the pitch at Boro, but we needed him out there at the end. He’s got a bit of pain and we don’t want to risk him for this match.'

Trybull picked up a knock but will be ok.

'Trybull got hit in the first half and was in some pain and couldn’t walk after the game but the last two days have helped. He’s not 100% and he still feels some pain, but he’s a fighter and will be fine for tomorrow'

Josh is back.

Martin now has a back problem and Naismith has picked up another injury which he got on Wednesday.

I think I'd just change Jerome for Murphy

Gunn

Pinto
Zimmer
Klose
Husband

Tettey
Trybull
Maddison

Wildschut
Murphy

Wakins

A shame we can't seem to get everyone fit to get our best eleven out on the pitch - a little worried that Nelson has seemingly recovered and then done something again - he seems to be a bit brittle!

Expecting the same XI that started at Boro - with Murphy off the bench at half time

I think Reading are 1 win in 8, fans frustrated and they seem low in confidence....could be best time to be playing them, just a shame it's Jerome upfront.

Maybe he will score his 1st goal today?

I hope Jerome proves me wrong but I don't think we'll see a goal from him either...Reading are definitely in a poor place and bad form but dare I say "Along came Norwich "....... I just hope we've put that to bed now after the last 2 aways but I'm never certain. Will be a tough game thats "for sure" !

With donkey Jerome up front I will be delighted with a 0-0 draw . I hope our defence do us proud and get that 6th clean sheet

Hello from Reading where I have been since yesterday late afternoon. Not camped outside Mad Stat you understand, but visiting Miss S, who lives there now. All gone to plan so far. Got decent parking place and managed two glasses of Shiraz before KO.

This is my third away this season and I have not seen a defeat yet.........now I am talking something up!!

Here's to your third no defeat and hopefully a win with no goals conceded.

It's a strong bench we have there.
Plenty of attacking options if Jermissome fails to hit the target again
