Not trying to cause controversy on here but a genuine question
If it seems that some on here are not happy with Farke what and who are the alternatives ?
We wanted change and we've got it,it was never going to happen overnight
Patience and maybe a couple of seasons before we see gold at the end of the rainbow
I'm still very much with him,are you ?

As per usual, I am somewhere in the middle.

I admire and support his long term objective. Norwich as the Barca of Britain sounds good.

However, he needs to be more pragmatic if we are to have PL funding to achieve it.

If Farke/Webber and the coaching staffs philosophy is correct
We won't nesersarily need PL money

It would be interesting to see what Farke / Webber would have done last season with
the money wasted by Rab and the players sold by the board.

Clearly we have to be patient but I have been surprised by lack of changes to system during games, late subs and selection of team in early season. None of these require money or long term planning.

I like him and still believe it will all come right .I understand that things wont happen overnight and it should take half of this season for things to settle down .

However , having said that I dont believe we should all have blind faith in Farke and believe he should be beyond criticism. It is right to point out to him his mistakes and we have a right and even a duty to do so for the sake of our club . It doesnt matter how long you have been in a job .....if you do wrong then you need telling. Thats how the big world works and Farke shouldnt be insulated from that by us

I am all for change and this new system but I am human and I get annoyed when once again we don't sign a forward, once again Martin/Jerome/Naismtih still play, once again we see late and like for like subs being used, once again youth system isn't looked at, once again money isn't spent, once again we bring in money and don't see it, once again we seem to be stuck on one formation of this 4-2-3-1, once again we attack and no one is in the box, once again defending is shit (improving now) etc.

I support DF but of course I will moan (get pissed) if we lose 4-0 to a Villa who before and after have done nothing and 4-0 to a Millwall side who can't seem to defend before or after.

I am probably a bit impatient and want us to go up like all of us and see it as strange/frustrating that we have media and the club (via the media) saying 'ah this season is just a transition and should be looking at midtable' I can't see any other club in our mold thinking the same - especially with no more parachute payments and even when we have this and sell players we still seem to have no money - feck knows what next season will be like with no prem money and finish lower in the league!!

Being told that we will need three windows to really get the side DF / Webber are happy with is also not what an impatient person like me likes to hear. On a Pink un chat during the summer they were saying that DF and Webber were now already planning for the January and next summer window??? How can that be possible because the players they might be looking at for then might have moved on, got injured, be wanted by bigger clubs etc.

I think my main thing, like you guys, you guys probably more as I am a youngster still ( ) but over the years I have been fed a lot of BS by Norwich and seen the same crap happen over and over.

I want this new regime to be a success but if we lose today, don't score, Jerome plays crap, poor subs or line up, crap defending, more possession and no finish etc I will complain and bitch about it but I still want this to work and for us to be like a Huddersfield etc but I am not 100% convinced at this moment.

But good question SC as I was thinking about asking this after today's game

So all of you want to keep the present regime good
That was my question
I know I'm whistling in the wind but let's crank up the atmosphere at the Carra get behind Farke and the team
It will make a hell of a difference

Yeah I'm also still with him. From the beginning we were told it would take a few windows so I see him here a minimum of 2 full seasons. Time will tell if it works but we can but support now. We've got the change we asked for (most of it) and I see a lot more change coming in the next few windows.

I am liking him more each day . Just read Paddys article about Farke and player power . Clearly Farke will have no dissent and no-one slacking (like the losers did at Brighton and Sheff Wed last season ) and anyone not buying into what Farke believes is told they wont be playing . I agree wholeheartedly with what he says about it being an honour to play for or to work for our magnificent club and its fabulous fans

Hats off to the man. Amazing turn around since the last international break. Like you say YB, he put it very nicely in his interview re appreciating the job that they have as pro footballers etc.

What happened to change it? Was it just Klose coming back and helping Zimmermann? Was it Hanley coming In that woke the defenders up? Was it stiepermann coming in at left back? Or was it Martin/Franke dropping out of the side completely? Was it Trybull coming in as a defensive shield? Or was it the fact that farke got to work with the players he needed to work with whilst others like Martin and Naismith were away on international duty?

Was it all of the above?

It's crazy how much they have turned it around?

Or Millwall kicking our arses, I believe that was the wake up call...we have certainly had a change of fortune since then and now have a defence as solid as we all wished for...Without Martin I also add.
