Parks Appointed Goal Keeping Coach

Parks Appointed Goal Keeping Coach

Norwich City have announced this morning that the new goal keeping coach at Carrow Road is to be Tony Parks.

Parks has just left Spurs after being goal keeping coach there for six years, only leaving in May when Mauricio Pochettino was given the manager's job in May.

Parks has a terrific CV for the job and was working for the FA until he was approached by Harry Redknapp to be the goal keeping coach at White Hart Lane. Since then he has worked with Brad Friedel and the French No:1, Hugo Lloris. He was awarded the Goalkeeper Coach of the Year at the FA Licensed Coaches` Club Awards just last year.

This does look to be a very good appointment for both the club, John Ruddy, Mark Bunn and Declan Rudd.

Neil Adams said: "Tony is a vastly experienced coach who played at the highest level with Tottenham.

"I saw Tony work during his time at the FA and was very impressed with what I saw, and he will fill the hole left by Dave`s departure perfectly."
