Yobo Declares Himself Fit

Yobo Declares Himself Fit

Norwich City's on-loan central defender, Joseph Yobo has declared himself fit for the last two games of the season, against Chelsea and Arsenal.

Yobo has been a big player for City, since joining on loan in January and his return to fitness is a big boost for Neil Adams as he faces the end game of City's disappointing season.

"I have been declared fit by the doctors at Norwich and I can confirm to you I will make the squad for the final two games against Chelsea and Arsenal," Yobo told allnigeriasoccer.com. "I have been training with the full squad since last week. I was omitted from the squad announced last weekend for precautionary reasons.

"The last two games of the season are crucial and they want me to play a part because it will determine our fate in the Premier League. I will be fit for the national team. I am super fit and there is no cause for alarm."

If I was Neil Adams, I would play Yobo alongside Martin in the centre of defence as Turner just doesn't cut it for me. However, I'm not overly enamoured with Steven Whittaker either, so Martin could move to right back - whatever, Yobo needs to be back in the side.
