Fans In Vote Protest?

Fans In Vote Protest?

A story in The Daily Mail suggests that angry Norwich City fans are 'protest' voting in the Club's Player of the season vote for third choice 'keeper, Carlo Nash.

The 40 year old has not made a single first team appearance for The Canaries this season and has only made a handful of bench appearances when back up, Mark Bunn had an injury.

Voting for the Vital Norwich player of the season is well under way with Robert Snodgrass leading the way with Martin Olsson the next best placed - good Job I didn't put Carlo on the list eh?!

The Barry Butler Memorial Trophy is traditionally presented at the last home game of the season and that will be against Arsenal on May 11th.

It seems unlikely that there will be any controversy though as Nash has already declined the trophy, should he actually get the most votes.

The ex- Stoke and Everton Man said: "I would have to graciously decline it and of course give it to someone who has earned it."

It could be argued the management and most of the players have not turned out for many games either !
