Player of the Month: Anthony Pilkington

Anthony Pilkington has been named Vital Norwich Player of the Month for October.

The former Huddersfield winger, who arrived at Carrow Road this summer for a fee thought to be around 2m, picked up 38% of the vote to see off Grant Holt (18%), John Ruddy (13%) and Steve Morison (10%).

Pilkington grabbed a brace in the victory over the Swans last month and got November off to a flying start with a stunning free-kick against Villa Park last weekend.

Well deserved ! pils has bben a revelation since joing us . He has fitted in seamlessly , taken the Premiership in his stride and has scored some stunning goals !

was abit weary at the start buying someone that was injured but he has shown us how good he is. A few clubs supporters have also been impressed with this lad. We have a gem here and could make alot of money if he ever want to leave.
