Transfer Tales: Lansbury, FF II, Paterson, Evans

Another day, another quick-fire round of completely believable and not in the slightest bit repetitive transfer tales await...

It seemed like only yesterday that Fraser Forster was again linked with a return to Norfolk but that doesn't mean we don't all want to get on the ride again, does it?

He'll be heading back to these parts in exchange for £3m according to today's gossip, allowing Declan Rudd and Jed Steer to enjoy a little time away from the Fine City.

Break dancing midfield maestro Henri Lansbury will also be back, either on loan or for £4m depending on which rumour you prefer the sound of, and Danny Shittu, fresh from being told he isn't good enough for QPR, has also been linked with a move East.

South Korean winger Lee Chung-Yong likes the idea of playing in front of a crowd and has heard good things about Riverside so will join from Bolton - but not before popping in to Burnley to pick up Martin Paterson and leave behind a cheque for £800k made payable to 'That nice young Mr Howe'.

Ched Evans doesn't particularly like the idea of playing in League One (£2m from Sheffield United), and Elliott Bennett's price has gone up from £1.8m yesterday to somewhere between £2m and £3m today.
