Tierney and Lansbury in contention for Cardiff

New signing Marc Tierney goes straight into the squad for this afternoon's top-of-the-table clash against Cardiff at Carrow Road (3pm).

The arrival from Colchester will probably have to settle for a place on bench though, as Adam Drury is expected to be given the nod at left back.

Henri Lansbury could be making his last appearance in a Norwich City shirt as his loan deal from Arsenal expires after the Bluebirds game, but City boss Paul Lambert may look to extend his stay in Norfolk.

Jed Steer will be on the bench as regular backup goalkeeper Declan Rudd broke his jaw in a behind closed doors reserves match midweek.

Andrew Surman and Stephen Hughes are recovering well from injury but neither are expected to feature this afternoon.
